Do you feel like there is nothing but misery, failure, and negative energy coming into your life? Do you wonder if there is any chance that you might attract that negative energy? Well, you might be right. Because it is definitely possible to attract those negative outcomes. But if you look at it from the bright side, where there is a way to attract the negative, there is also a way to attract the positive into your life. Ying Yang. You are reading it right, you can turn the tables and take back some of the control over your life. Why do I say some? Well, you can change the way you react, act and look at life but you can’t change your environment or other people. But with the right mindset and a positive attitude, it’s not even necessary to try to change everything and everyone around you. Because in the end, that’s life and it’s how you deal with it that will determine your happiness and the positive outcomes in life.
The Law Of Attraction
You may already have heard of it, the law of attraction. And maybe you are wondering, what is this exactly? As many people may have heard about but don’t really know what it really is and what big of an impact it can have on their lives. Believe me, being aware of the law of attraction, can really change your life. A lot.
The law of attraction is the ability to attract the things that you are the most focused on in life. Whether it’s positive or negative. Your thoughts can really change your reality. A lot of the people aren’t aware of how much of an impact their thoughts can have on their daily life. Most of the time, when things go wrong over and over again, we feel like we are targeted and ‘born’ for this negativity. But really, we are not! Nobody is born to live an unhappy and unsatisfying life. It’s just our way of thinking that needs to change. Sometimes we need some reprogramming of our mind.
Is The Law Of Attraction Real?
Besides the many success stories that are already written and told, the best thing to do is to go experience it yourself. Even though that the effect of the law of attraction is confirmed by many, it’s not always easy for some to accept it immediately. The most difficult part of believing in the law of attraction, ist mostly the part where people need to acknowledge that every step and choice that they made in life are formed by themselves. The good or the bad. From the moment that you can accept that, you can begin to reprogram your mind and start to experience the change. As you are free to take charge of your life, you are able to take away your fears, anger, sadness, and disappointment. From the moment that you’ll start to send out positive energy, you will attract better and brighter outcomes. Always remember that you are the creator of your own life.
Are You To Blame?
Yes and no.
You can see this from both sides.
On one side, you aren’t to blame if you aren’t aware of your thoughts being so powerful and life-changing. Besides that, if you are aware of it, you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself when it doesn’t work out immediately. You need to understand that you are trying to change a lifetime of bad-thinking habits. Give it some time and patients.
On the other side, if you are aware of it but you feel like it’s easier to complain all the time, then you are to blame. It’s only from the moment that you start to accept your own responsibility, that you will be able to change your life. I don’t want to offend anybody with this but I just want to say the honest truth.
How To Reprogram Your Mind
There are a lot of ways to get you to
that point of getting more self-aware and becoming more free of negativity. Because it’s that self-awareness that will help you in becoming more positive and honest about who you are and what your responsibility in life is.
Some amazing ways are:
- Say positive affirmations daily
- Do more of what you love
- Spend time with positive and
- Practice self-love exercises
- Practice gratitude exercises
- Get more alone-time
- Get silent more often
- Do some meditation
- Do some yoga
- Eat more healthy
- Do more work-outs
- AND MOST IMPORTANT: THINK POSITIVELY

Let Go Of Victimizing Yourself
And whatever you do, don’t victimize yourself constantly. Don’t go all like ‘it’s always me’ or ‘why me again’. Because this will only keep you in a negative spiral of self-pity. This doesn’t positively affect your outcomes at all. On the contrary, it keeps you in a negative energy field. And as I mentioned before, you attract what you sent out.
Start to see your responsibility in creating your life, take charge of your thinking and make that positive switch. It’s the only thing that will help you from getting out of that negative spiral. You aren’t broken, you aren’t the victim, you aren’t bad and you don’t deserve this,… so stop saying it as you do. Because, if you really want to see a change, YOU need to make that change.
Create The Life You’ve Always Wanted
And while you are busy reprogramming that mind on a daily base, you should certainly bring more passion and self-love into your life. Do more of what you like and love and make time for yourself. Don’t just go for the things you MUST do instead of the things you want to do. Because people are more likely to put aside the things they love for the things they ‘need’ to do. But that is just a wrong way of setting priorities. Your happiness and feeling of fulfillment should be your first priority. It will not only make you feel better, it will also make everyone who loves you feel better and every person that you will get in touch with your positive energy.
